4. Lastly, click “BOOK” and your booking is instantly confirmed.
Your details along with the Terms and Conditions of the booking will then be sent to the restaurant you have chosen. You will also receive a confirmation Email for your booking from eiM.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please do it via your account or the confirmation Email. Please cancel your booking 2 hours prior to your reservation, to allow the restaurant to free up the table for other diners.

Should you forget to cancel the existing booking prior to the booking time, and then it will result in a ‘No Show’ penalty against your account. If this happens to your account more than 3 times in a month, you will be suspended from booking for a period of time.

Booking: Diners will receive 500 eiM reward points when booked via eiM online for full price dining. Review: Diners will be rewarded with 500 eiM reward points for full price dining after submitting the review of their dining experiences.
